Our Ready-Made Collection pieces were created for the couple who would like to work with us, but are more cost-friendly than booking our Semi-Custom or Custom Design service.
These designs are printed as-is and are not customizable except for specific wording information, and the below options. One rounds of revisions to your Ready-Made Collection design wording and colors is included with your order.
Looking for more? Customizations such as unlimited revisions, font changes, additional paper/color options (including additional card stock colors and handmade papers), layout changes, custom illustrations, and more are available within our Semi-Custom Design service. Discover those offerings here.
Your Invitation Card is the central piece of your Invitation Suite. On top of being the first impression of your wedding style/tone that you'll leave guests with, it includes more practical information such as: who is hosting, who will be married, when they will be married, and where they will be married.
This listing includes an invitation card (5 x 7 inches) and envelope (5.25 x 7.25 inches)
how many to order
We recommend ordering 10-15 more than is on your address list, in case of any lost/damaged/returned pieces in the mail, or last-minute guest additions. Please note that the quantity that you need to mail is not the same as your guest count, as multiple guests may live in one household.
What to include in your suite
It is essential that you have an accurate count of how many guests will attend your wedding. We suggest including information on how guests can submit a response (either via a website URL that you include on an Info/Details Card, or a Response Card + Envelope that guests can mail in) on whether they will/will not be attending.
In addition to including response information, we suggest adding one or more Info/Details Cards with additional information such as your website URL, accommodations, weekend events, and reception or ceremony details.
We provide wording assistance to our Ready-Made Collections clients after purchase. In the "Customize Your Wording" section below, indicate that you'd like for us to send you a questionnaire. We will ask for all of the information you'd like to include, and create/condense/organize it to fit neatly (and according to etiquette/formality) within your Invitation Card.
When to mail your suite
We suggest mailing your Invitation Suite 2 months ahead of your wedding date. If the majority of your guests will be traveling from out-of-town, we recommend mailing 3 months ahead of your wedding date.
