By purchasing from our Ready-Made Collections on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
refunds and returns
Because of the nature of our work, a 15% start-fee will incur for refunds requested from the time your order has been placed until the time your design has been approved. After your design has been approved, it is sent into production, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
We ship physical orders via FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The cost of shipping is added to your order at checkout ($10 flat rate (5-8 days), $35 Expedited (2 days), or $70 Express (1 day)).
Once the package has been shipped, we will send you a link with tracking information. Our risk for lost or damaged goods passes to you at the time that they are passed to the delivery company. Beyond the tracking information that is supplied to us, we have do not have access to additional information, nor do we have any control over its handling or time it takes for delivery.
International shipping is not currently available with our Ready-Made Collection line. Please contact us to inquire about Semi-Custom Design availability if you are based outside of the United States. International shipping is billed separately upon weighing the final package, and we are not responsible for customs or duties fees.
Although the post office reads envelopes electronically, some addresses or calligraphy styles will be more or less difficult to be read electronically. Understand that any address (calligraphy or otherwise) that can not be read by machine will likely be hand inspected. If the address still can not be delivered, it will be returned to the address of the return. We are not responsible for resending, reprinting or reimbursing for invitations or addresses that do not make it to their intended address.
While individual mailings typically make it to their destination without damage, USPS can lose, bend, tear, smudge or otherwise damage individual pieces of mail. Isidore & Augustine is not responsible for replacing any products lost or damaged by USPS nor will Isidore & Augustine be held otherwise accountable.
proofing and revisions
You are entitled to one round of revisions to your first proof. Revisions are limited to the options that are on the product page (wording, color, etc.). Changes that are requested beyond this one round of revisions will incur a separately billed fee, to be paid before revisions are delivered to you. Your order will not be entered into production until this fee is paid.
We do not begin designing until we have received all final and complete wording content for every piece in your order. This includes envelope addresses, place card names, etc. We are not responsible for delays due to your failure to provide us with information in a timely manner.
Colors that appear on your screen will differ slightly when printed, since every computer screen is calibrated differently. Our printer(s) do an excellent job at color matching, however there may be slight differences between the digital proof and the printed pieces. We highly recommend purchasing a sample kit of colors.
Due to the Global Paper Shortage, white/cream papers that are out-of-stock will automatically be substituted with a similar or slightly-heavier paper weight in a close-matching shade/texture to minimize delays and for all whites/creams in your order to match.
You assume responsibility for providing correct times, dates, and spelling of all words, including names and places, in addition to the design elements. Before we send your design into production, we send a proof for you to for review. We can not be held liable for incorrect information included on the proof(s), whether or not you provide accurate information, which is why it is your responsibility to proofread the final proof and inform us of any changes that must be made. Once approved, no changes can be made and we will not be held responsible for any errors found after approval, nor will we be required to make any changes. We agree to print exactly what is included on the final proof, as approved by you.
If we print what was not approved (such as wording), we will reprint the pieces, with no cost to you. If we print what was approved, and you discover a mistake with the wording and/or design, reprinting costs will be your responsibility.
You agree to our specifications when preparing your address list. Your addresses may be written or printed exactly as they appear on the your address list. You are not entitled to us making aesthetic, etiquette, formatting, or spelling corrections. Therefore, it is your responsibility to proofread all provided addresses.
Each address will vary depending on the letters, length of names, street names, city, and state lengths and visually appear different from one another when compared. Addresses with 4-5 lines of text will look different from those with fewer.
The Design and Production process can take 2-6 weeks from start to finish. A delay in approving the proofs will result in a delay of your order by number of days late, or more.
You are responsible for purchasing postage for all mailed pieces in your order, including but not limited to: save the dates, invitations, and response cards. This postage total is not included. We cannot provide a postage quote, and are not responsible for weighing of invitations or adjustments in postage fees.
production partners and drop shipping
Occasionally, we work with trusted production partners to fulfill all or a portion of your order, and ship directly to you. We are not financially liable for errors made by these third parties. We will negotiate the errors being corrected, and will notify you of the lapse immediately. Third parties include: printers, finishing companies (for painted edges, foil stamping, letterpress printing, etc.), envelope companies, etc.
We cannot guarantee that identical embellishments displayed in photographs of past work will still be available from the same suppliers at the time of ordering (ribbon color/width, envelope color, etc.). We will make a good faith effort to match the embellishment shown or requested. You authorizes us to make a complementary substitution based on our professional opinion and the requested design if necessary.
We will treat and hold all confidential information of or relating to your project in strict confidence and will not use any confidential information except in connection with fulfilling your project. This includes, but is not limited to, intellectual property, address lists, customer lists and information.
We RETAIN all ownership of copyright for work created: we retain all rights, title, and interest, including all copyrights, patent rights, and trade secret rights in Work Product pursuant to federal copyright law (Chapter 17, Section 201-02, of the United States Code.) Any and all work produced in connection with, or in the process of fulfilling your order, are expressly and solely owned by us. We grants you a non-transferrable, non-exclusive, royalty free license of designs produced with and for you for the specific purpose of your Wedding Stationery. Any unauthorized use of the Work, such as using the Work for other purposes than those specified herein, will result in additional fees and/or royalty payments to us.
