Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our personalized and made-to-order products, if a refund is requested, a 15% start-fee will incur for all orders from the time they have been placed until the time they have been approved. After your design has been approved, they are sent into production immediately, and refunds requested after this time will not be granted. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any concerns about your order and we would be more than happy to work with you.
For all other (non-personalized items), we offer returns (to your method of purchase) within 14 business days. We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your item, as long as the item is returned to us in new condition.
We offer $10 flat rate (5-8 days), $35 Expedited (2-Day), and $70 Express (1-Day) shipping. Once your package is shipped and in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. In the event of loss or damage, claims may be made through USPS.
