If you request a proof of your customized order by email, proofs are delivered within 2 business days, and your order will ship 3-5 business days from the date your proof was approved.

Please note that if your order contains items with a longer turnaround time than 3-5 business days, or if you require more time to approve your proof, then your entire order will be held until they can ship together.

Because of the nature of wood products, variation in grain size/pattern and color/darkness/lightness, can be expected. Many woods will also have knots or blemishes; these are not imperfections, but what makes each piece unique.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Please do not soak in water or use in dishwasher.

If you choose, each board is treated with an FDA-approved food-safe oil and wrapped in butcher paper for shipping, to prevent any transfer of oils to other items in your package. Please note that pre-treating the boards with oil will bring out the natural grain in the wood, and make the color appear richer/darker than in the photos. This protective finish will naturally wear with use/washing.
